Funny how i came across this video, i was looking for someone who could translate some french for me on Facebook and Ben happened to be the only one online. We got to talkin and turns out he's a pretty chill kid. He's 18yrs old started riding in France and has since moved to Tahiti. Yes Tahiti, although he is the only scooter rider there now with streetspots like the ones we saw in the video there is bound to be a scene popping up in Tahiti.

Long Island Comp/Jam.

On November 5th GoRide Scooters, Elyts, 841 and [WTF?Scooters] will be hosting a competition in Long Beach, Long Island , New York. Everyone attending will meet up at the long beach train station at 11:30am. From there we will ride to long beach skate park were the comp will begin. There will be three divisions beginner, intermediate and advanced. Part one will give each division 15 minutes to jam at Long Beach Skatepark and the judges will pick the top riders from each division. after round one there will be a short intermission. Then we will meet up again and ride to the lido 9 stair where we will have a jam that costs five bucks to enter and whoever lands the best trick wins all the money. Next we will ride to Nickerson Skatepark and continue the competition with round 2. This round will be timed group runs, the judges will narrow it down to the final 5 in each division. The final round will be 3 min individual runs and will determine the winners. Then we will hand the awards out to the prize winners of each division and end the competition. - Alex Chamoun

Taravana in Lyon 2: Le Retour

Tarvana riders Martin Victor et Arnaud, and "The Flav" Flavio Pesenti, come back with a duo part for the Spain based clothing company. These two kill it with smooth maneuvers at some sick spots/parks in Lyon.

NW Christmas Classic.

The NW holds a few big comps a year and this years NW Christmas Classic has high expectations. If you can make it out to Seattle, WA, USA then this is a must attend comp. Lots of money and prizes up for grabs can wait to be back up in WA for this one. Its going to be huge.

The Chromatik.

Here's "The Chromatik Web Video", A team of French homies gettin loose in the streets and parks. Looks like they had a fun time filming this video. That's what ridin scooters is all about, gettin together with your friends and having a great time.

French Steeze.

French riders seem to always have style when riding. These homies from South France make swaggin look easy, with lots of tech grinds and going big at the skatepark.  Riders unknown to the scene over here in the US, these kids are def about to be on the come up... Riders: (In order of apparence) Aymard Vernay, Charles Padel, Valentin Matre, Julien Ebeyer, (Again Aymard Vernay) and Timothé Henry.

French Toast Issue #3.

The Popular magazine "French Toast" has released its 3rd issue. Glad to see that they are doing well with this. Expect some awesome content in this issue with a cover of Ryan Williams gettin beast in the streets. I'm also featured in this one so you HAVE to go pick it up. Check you local scooter shop or the online website to have the mags def pick one up if you see them.

This kids got "Manny Maddness", loved seeing all the tech manny combos. He's gettin up to that Jon Reyes swag level for sure. Loved seeing the Switch manny too. Riding switch unlocks a whole new world of tricks, would love too see more riders throwin down switch bangers.

Addict recently toured the US this summer. They stopped at Street Science in Livermore,Ca to ride one of the sickest looking indoor mini ramps i've seen. Here's the raw footage.

UK Scoot Mag.

Looks like there is another new scoot mag in the works. If you are from the UK it looks like this will be the mag for you, sharing all the latest updates interviews with the pros in the area. The more the merrier i say, props to whoever is running it more mags will create some exposure for sure. The magazines first issue has just been released recently so if your in the UK go pick one up at one of your local dealers... PLUS ITS FREE!

After watching this video you would never have thought that Alex Collins was an Aussie rider. Kid's got madd swagg on the metal and hits the street features! Get this kid on some real street I would love to see that video!

Monky Sizing up.

I met Monky a while ago when going pro for scooters was fairly new. This little ball of energy has been throwin down ever since. Recently devoting most of his time to the streets he has easily become a favorite in the scooter world. The future looks bright for Monky as he continues to "Push" his riding to the next level.

T-Bone in tha Streets?

Tyler Bonner deciding he wants to step up his street cred with this lipslide down a pretty grimey 11 stair.  All i can say is if he keeps going in this direction and Tyler is  bound to amaze us with some crazy street edits.

Maxime "LeBaron" LeGrand rides for Addict and is the definition of a "Metal Shredder". I can't wait to see his "So What" DVD part it will be a for sure must see. Maxime has got the speed of a Fighter Plane when he attacks the streets and goes balls to the wall and makin great edits. For all you BMX style lovers "Le Baron" Throws some of the fattest 180 bars i've seen. WATCH THIS.
